In October of 2012, I was invited to make an installation at the Bulletin Board, a project by Matthew Higgs’s (Curator and Director of White Columns) at the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College, NY. My proposal was to create an installation based on a Tool Box, where everybody in the college could take one or more of my sculptures home without asking any permission. A game based on lost and trust. I just asked them for any form of feed back: emails, phone calls, text messages, notes, etc. It was interesting to see pieces missing and coming back; it looked like the whole installation was rearranging itself. Without expecting it turned into a collaboration work with a group of strangers. At the end nothing was missed. Somebody left me as a gift a pair of red high heel, hanging from the bulletin board.
